Culturally informed therapy for individuals and couples — a space where your story is truly understood.
Individual therapy tailored to you and your unique story. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
Support for couples who want to feel more connected, understood, and secure in their relationship. Together, we can explore communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, and the ways that culture, family, and expectations can shape your relationship.
Therapy isn’t only about getting through what’s difficult—it’s also about creating space for growth. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, deepen your understanding of yourself, and work toward the life and relationships you want.

When worry, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed starts to take up too much space, therapy can offer a place to slow down, understand what’s happening, and find a way forward.
Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns contributing to what you’re experiencing and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and in control.
A supportive space to work through experiences that continue to affect you, while building a greater sense of safety, resilience, and connection with yourself.
Using trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, I can help you process difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe and develop new ways of responding to what once felt overwhelming.
Support for individuals and couples who want to better understand their patterns, strengthen connection, and navigate intimacy, communication, and sexual concerns with greater openness.
We can work together to understand relationship patterns, improve communication, rebuild connection, and create a more fulfilling sense of intimacy.
For those navigating the complexities of identity, family expectations, relationships, cultural values, immigration, and the experience of living between cultures. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences with cultural understanding, curiosity, and without having to leave important parts of yourself at the door.
Support for navigating the emotional and psychological impact of pain, injury, and life changes—while finding ways to reconnect with what matters to you.
I can support you in adjusting to these changes, developing strategies to cope with pain and emotional distress, and finding ways to reconnect with the parts of life that matter to you.
A compassionate space to make sense of loss and the emotions that come with it, while finding ways to carry what has happened and move forward.
I can walk alongside you as you navigate grief, honour what you’ve lost, and find ways to move forward while carrying that experience with you.
Anger is often telling us that something matters. Therapy can help you understand what sits underneath the anger and find healthier ways to respond when emotions run high.
We can identify triggers and patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier ways of communicating and responding during difficult moments.

I believe therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but creating a space where you can better understand yourself, make sense of what you’ve experienced, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw from evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye movement desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-informed practices — always tailored to you, never one-size-fits-all.
I believe culture is an important part of understanding a person, but no single cultural experience defines everyone within it. My work with South Asian individuals and members of the diaspora is grounded in curiosity, openness, and an understanding of the complexities that can come with navigating multiple cultural worlds.
I offer sessions in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and I understand the cultural nuances that shape how we experience mental health, relationships, and help-seeking.
